Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in original condition, in original packaging with all accessories included, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number).

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing parts. Items returned after the 14-day return period. Clearance or final sale items.

How to Start a Return
Email us at contact@kitchenrangecook.com with your full name and order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and your reason for the return. We will reply within 24-48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
